About me
Dr. Lyndsey Vader is an Assistant Professor of Dance at Utah Valley University. Vader holds an M.F.A. in Dance from SUNY Brockport and a Ph.D. in Dance Studies from The Ohio State University, where she collaborated to create curriculum centered on social justice education in the arts. Vader has presented her research at national and regional conferences, with recurring participation in the Dance Studies Association annual conferences. Her writing has appeared in Dance Chronicle and was commissioned by Jacob's Pillow Dance Interactive essay series. Vader has also served as General Manager and Director of Education and Public Programming for Andrea Miller's critically acclaimed Gallim Dance (NY).
