About me
TESS BOONE, retired, was an Associate Professor of Dance at Salt Lake Community College, where she was also Fine Arts Coordinator. Her B.F.A. and Masters Degrees in Modern dance are from the University of Utah. She has danced professionally, choreographed, and taught in Berkeley, California and many locations in Utah. She was awarded the SLCC Teaching Excellence award in 1988 and again in 2005. Ms. Boone is also a certified Yoga instructor, teaching at the college and locally for over 30 years.
